The Need for Nurses
The need for nurses is greater than ever right now. Many nurses are leaving their jobs, and because of this, patients will be left to suffer. People will not receive the care and treatments they need. Patients will need assistance, but no one will be available to help them. The demand for nurses today is crucial. Without nurses, too many people will suffer. As future nurses, it will be up to us to fill in those empty spots and care for patients. So just think to yourself, who will be there for you when you need help? Having the ability to touch the lives of people is an incredible thing. As future nurses, we will be there, and we will make a difference.

Exactly! Thats what keeps me going, I know that as a nurse I will be able to help people. I worry though becuase of the nurse shortage my peers ands myself will become burntout quickly...just something to think about. Thanks for sharing!
This is a huge motivation to become a nurse for me as well! There is a huge need for us to treat patients. All the nurses are retiring and there is an extreme shortage. We wont struggle finding a job but we are going to be crazy throughout our shift.
